Render Photography

My FI and I had a great meeting with Britt...she seems awesome and we want to use her for our wedding photog!  To anyone who used her or is going to use her for their wedding, I am curious what all you are paying for?

The fee of $1700 only includes 6 hours and a DVD.  I am wondering how many of you added on prints, albums, extra hours, a 2nd shooter, etc.?  We are trying to get an idea of how much we should budget for!

Thanks in advance :)

I'm not adding anything on. Prints I plan on just doing off Snapfish or Shutterfly (far cheaper for most likely the same quality). I didn't want all day coverage, so I'm just sticking with the 6 hours she provides for the Ceremony & Reception. Instead of a traditional album, I plan on making a photo book on Mixbook. Can you tell I'm on a budget :-P

We're using her! (In 44 days!) and I love her!

We did add a second shooter and a few extra hours of coverage.  Everything came to $2300.

    Again, LOVE her.  :0)

I'm using her in 2 weeks! We just had our final meeting with her last night and I cannot sing her praises enough!

I'm not a good person to ask about add ons because I booked her about 2 years ago now when she was just starting and she offered an all inclusive package then that we went with. HOWEVER, I always think a 2nd photographer is a good idea and amount of hours really depends on 1) How your timeline is setup and 2) What you want to have captured. Prints and whatnot I'd worry about later, she doesn't require you to add that stuff on in advance so if you get the pictures back and really want her to print some (rather then getting them printed on your own) you have the option to change your mind

I used her back in Nov. and loved her.  I added the second shooter, Tamika, and she was brilliant as well.  They were super easy to work with and I had about 700 very usable photos in the end. I did the engagement shoot with her as well and loved that too. I think we added about 1 more hour just due to our timeline and that was plenty. I wish I would have had a bit more time between the hair and the ceremony because I would have loved some more photos of me and DH (though we got a ton already).  She has a great eye for detail and I think went above nad beyond my expectations.  Worth every penny.
