Any feedback on Victorian Villa B&B for a venue?

My fiance and I really like the Victorian Villa on Lake Wylie. The price is good and most things seem to be included. However, online reviews are either spectacular or absolutely horrible. This scares me, so I wanted to see if anyone else has any experience with the place. Thanks for any help!

    I went to a wedding there, I thought it was really pretty!  The parking is off site so that's one thing to be aware of.  Have you made an appointment and toured the property?  That might help you decide.  I would even ask if you can swing by before one of their weddings to see the facility all set up!

    amandaandkyle had her wedding there and it was wonderful.  The setting is fantastic.  You might message her for details about how it was working with them.  Her family and bridal party stayed there Friday night and we all loved it.  Her pictures are amazing with the lake in the background. 
    The parking is off site and can get a little difficult with folks coming in to do hair or other prep but it's easily managed.
