I've never seen this movie all the way through, but I caught a bit the other night on tv and became obsessed with Vera-Ellen. She's fantastic. Amoro, why the tears? Is it a sad ending or just sentimental? I've been randomly crying at stuff this season too, and often logic has nothing to do with it.

I've never seen it either but I keep meaning to. I'm about to watch Love Actually (my ritual for the first snow every year is to watch that and drink hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps, but I was too busy on Friday when it snowed and need to make up for it.).
