TTD ladies

I just took a peek at my gown this morning and had a question- are you all going to bustle your gown for the shoot? Or just leave the train?

I have no idea what I am going to do with my cropped hair! Maybe I need a fascinator!

I was thinking the same thing!!  I think I am going to unbustle it (is that a word) because my absolute favorite part of my dress was the train.  I die for that train everytime I look at the pictures.

As far as hair goes... can I reccommend a white girl weave :)  All the cool kids are doing it (aka me).  hehehe

    I like the fascinator idea.

I saw TTD pictures where the bride wore really chunky jewelry she didn't wear at the wedding and a fascinator and I think it looked great.  IMO the point of the shoot is to have fun and do things you wouldn't/ couldn't do on your wedding day.

Mine is still bustled from the wedding night.  I haven't taken it out of the garment bag since!  If we decide to let them down, I will attempt to untie everything.

NCV - I plan to find some different cute fun jewelry... if I have time/money to shop for some.

I wish I could join in.  Trashing my dress a week before the wedding doesn't sound like a good idea though.

I was planning on keeping it bustled to make it easier to get around, but if everyone is unbustled I'll do that too

I'm not taking part in this but I think being bustled would be the way to go. It'll give you more mobility. I think this session is going to be too confusing and chaotic so whatever makes it easier to move around may be best.

The dress I had picked up doesn't have much of a train, but I think keeping it unbustled would be gorgeous. Imagine the shots from the back with a few trains trailing behind... It shouldn't be too hard to bustle the dresses back up, either, unless anyone has a french bustle...

Paps - my bustle is like 27 hooks that are hidden throughout the dress ... so mine it's easy

I think it could go both ways depending on the shot needed.  Having walked around Manuyunk recently, though, I feel like keeping it bustled for a good part of the day will probably make walking easier.

I like the fascinator. Or the white girl weave lol. But I agree with funky, bright jewelry, would be so fun.

Paprika -- mine is a french bustle! I guess I'll just leave it unbustled, it should be fine!

Um, I just started uploading pics from the wedding to FB. Yesterday. And the wedding was in July. **hangs head in shame**

That explains it. Shame on both of you. :) From the looks of it, both of your weddings were gorgeous, FWIW. :) Amer, you have some of the cutest effing pictures!
