Changing from Westchester to Manhattan

So of course plans have changed...because the Groom's parents/sister are coming in from the UK and will not be renting a car the venue choice now has to be in Manhattan.  Anyone know of an up-scale restaurant with a private room to hold the ceremony?  It should be able to accommodate 40 +/- people and cost not to much more than $90 per person.

    can you get a car service for them to come up to the wedding? Maybe easier than changing everything

    Nothing had been booked as yet, so there was no committment for any place in particular.. and renting a car service for a 4 hour party would have offset the cost of a venue.  Moving six people from Orange County younger people  to NYC would be easier than transporting eight elderly people to accommodate us.  Thanks for the input.

    Sorry...I misunderstood your original post as that you had booked a venue and had to choose a new one.
    I work in NYC but do not spend much time in the restaurants.
