Reviews of The Perfect Plan - Day of coordinator- Needed!

Has anyone used Tia at The Perfect Plan?  Their prices are much lower for a Day of Coordinator and I am not sure why.  We have a limited budget and are looking to save where we can.  Could anyone dish on the good, the bad, and the ugly?
