Another check done! We now have a place for our next day breakfast! It's called Studebaker's in Stroudsburg PA. It's a pretty place but also really casual and laid-back with pictures of neat old cars everywhere. We're doing a breakfast buffet with a few stations added in. We're both really happy to be able to spend more time with our OOT guests the next day
Oh....unrelated also...but for anyone who didn't catch my earlier post, FI finally got his answers. Acid reflux and gallstones. The negative is he needs to get his gallbladder out and surgery is surgery. The positive is that it's not a particularly rough surgery and it only has a week downtime (though it has to be unpaid for him because he used all his time off for the honeymoon). The acid reflux is apparently fairly slight and can be easily kept in check with Prilosec.
