Well, the new year hit, and I suddenly realized how little time we have to finish planning, and how much we still have to do! No more procrastinating for us. We are getting married in June 2012, and have already booked the venue (one of the McMenamins locations), the photographer, and I've found and purchased a dress (yay!). However, we haven't really done anything else! Yikes!
To any of you already married, or in the planning process Portland area brides out there, I would really appreciate some suggesstions for affordable Floral, Hair & Makeup, and DJ options. When I say affordable, our entire budget for the wedding (not including honeymoon), is 10K. I feel it is doable within that budget (and we've done well so far), but I'd love some input on suggestions in these three areas. To complicate matters, we're planning remotely from San Francisco, so all of my research has been online, and it's just not the same as face to face meetings, and viewings...
