Engagement rings in yellow gold

Are there many knotties with yellow gold e-rings? Just got mine today - though it's not on my hand yet.

Yup! I love my ring, although I know a lot of girls who prefer silver e-rings. To each their own, I suppose.

My mom offered me one of my grandma's rings (she passed when my mom was 21) to make into either an engagement ring or wedding band. FI spoke to her about it and misheard her, thinking she had both yellow and white gold rings, so he picked out a white gold e-ring (he wanted to do the e-ring on his own, and then the wedding bands together, using one of my grandma's rings for mine). Unfortunately, all of her rings are yellow gold and I want my two rings to match. I'm either going to use her yellow gold band and put white gold on either side (it's very thin) for my wedding band, or I'll make a ring for my right hand. Either way it'll be my "something old!" I think both white gold and yellow gold are beautiful, I would have been happy with either!

Yellow gold is beautiful! I don't have yellow gold, and actually now that I think about it all of my friends have white gold or platinum, but my mom has an adorable .25 carat yellow gold set and I love it.

All of my jewelry is silver in color so that's why FI picked the white gold.

Mine is white gold but my sister's e-ring and band is yellow gold and absolutely beautiful!

Mine is yellow gold and I love it

The center stone is a Marquise diamond and it has smaller baguette diamonds on the band. I guess it's not exactly the "trend" right now, but I grew up admiring my mothers ring (also yellow gold).

mine is a family heirloom ring in yellow gold. I didn't think I would like it, and I planned to change it to white gold, but I ended up liking it and keeping it the same. you hardly notice the band because it's VERY thin.
