bubbles? confetti?

are you all doing anything as you leave & pernounced husband & wife ? or letting everyone clap?  i want to do sparklers as we leave reception , not sure if we should do something at ceremony? also at what age does it seem to ...idk , not appropriate?

    We're not doing anything ... except kissing, that is!  ;)  Confetti?  Bubbles?  I think this is one of those personal preference issues that really has nothing to do with age.

    We did nothing.  Sparklers actually do throw metal sparks, could be a VERY dramatic exit if they ignite your dress!

    I preferred a delighted, dignified walk on the arm of my husband with an opportunity to grin like a fool at all my guests.  No modification required. ~Donna

    Our venue didn't allow for confetti or bubbles,  confetti is not environmentally friendly and bubbles can stain...  We moved into the reception area to a fun party song that had our guests cheering, applauding and moving to the music!

    We have no plans to do this either. Our wedding is at an historic village and they are very restricted in what they allow.

    We aren't allowed to do that either. You should do it if you want it & your venue allows it! I like the confetti idea. It sounds cute. I think I've seen some that melts in the rain, so you may not have to clean it up...
