I was recently proposed to over Memorial Day Weekend and we are enjoying the engaged life, just not the stress of planning a wedding. We decided that we would love to hire a wedding planner in the Houston/Galveston area! Do y'all have any suggestions or any experiences with any? Is the typical fee 10%?
