We're getting married in August at the Wayside Inn in Sudbury MA. I'm looking a "vintage" favor that also is summery. I'm driving myself crazy. Any ideas?
I like recommending homemade goods, as you will see on some of my other posts. But a nice strawberry jam would be a great summer favor. You can also put some calico/quilting fabric over the lid for a vintage look.
I would say you should better describe your idea of "vintage". Everyone has a different meaning or idea of vintage. You talking 1930s fancy? Here are some ideas that came to my mind when I read your post.
Cookie, Even homemade with a tissue wrapping
round mints like york peppermint patties wrapped in plastic wrap and covered in the pages of a dictionary.
Stick matches in jars labels with guest names. Screams vintage.
Jams or honeys are great..make sure whatever you do screams you and your groom and is local to your area like honey you can get local and if you make jam make sure its grow local you can add that to the tag people love it
