What type of envelopes for kraft paper invites?

The invites/RSVPs will be printed in white ink on kraft paper. Should I stick with envelopes made out of kraft paper, or is that too much brown? White evelopes instead? What do you ladies think?

I think kraft paper envelopes would look better since they match the invititation. A friend of mine did kraft paper invites for her wedding and had matching envelopes. She tied the invite and the inserts (directions, accomodations, etc.) together with colored bakers twine.

<div>Very cool then. I basically wanted to make sure that you knew that if you were planning to print them yourself that there is no white ink for standard at home printers. Even printing them by a professional offset printer with a spot color of white wouldn't give you a true opaque white. There are very few printing options if you want true white ink on colored paper, but screen printing is a neat way to go. Another option would be to use a white foil. </div>

For everybody's information, I got my invites in today and they are BEAUTIFUL! I would very much recommend Sire Press (http://www.sirepress.com/screen-printed-wedding-invitations.php) for screenprinting
