Thursday Accountability

I'm so annoyed, I got some sort of stomach bug earlier yesterday.  I thought it was something I ate, but I was getting chills, etc....so basically I didn't eat anything yesterday or go to the gym.  Feeling better today, had a bagel this morning and so far so good.

    This has been a really fun week for me :) I never thought I'd like getting up at 5:30 to work out, but I do. Tomorrow I'm going to NYC and my flight is at 6am so I won't be able to do my work out. I'm sure I'll eat less stringently as well - going to see a friend and shop for BM dresses for her wedding. Yay! I think we're going for a hike so at least there will be that.

    Ugh, me too.  I went to the gym Monday, was sick yesterday and Friday is up in the air.

    Don't be ashamed. Going to the gym (or turning on the dvd player or whatever) is the hardest part about working out. Make a commitment to yourself and just do it, as lame as that sounds. I believe in you :) And if you miss a day or two or even a week, don't beat yourself up.
