Wedding Timelines

What are your timelines? 
I'm interested to see how you all have your day planned!

Here is mine:

8:00 - everyone meet @ venue to decorate
(me, MOH, mother, MIL and two other ladies who offered to help)

11:30 - MOH and I go and eat lunch, DRINK WINE (I'll need it)

12:30 - hair styling

2:00 - everyone who is getting ready with me is to meet at the hotel 

4:00 - leaving hotel to go to venue for photos

6:30 - hide as guests arrive!

7:00 - ceremony begins

7:30 - reception begins (ceremony & reception in same room)

10:00 - receptions will (hopefully) end 
 (we aren't having dancing, alcohol - everything is very simple for me)

    Girls
    1:30pm Mani / Pedi's (Optional)
    Guys
    Tux Pick-Up (No later than 4pm)
    5:30pm Rehearsal @ Venue
    7:00pm Rehearsal Dinner

    Sat 12.08.12
    8:30am 1st Hair Appointment 
    11:30am Bridal Brunch
    1:00pm Groomsmen Lunch
    2:30pm Formal Wedding Pictures (Bridal Party & Family)
    3:30pm City Pictures (Bridal Party)
    5:30pm Arrive at Venue (Few more family pictures)
    6:30pm Ceremony Starts
    7:00pm Cocktail Hour
    7:45pm Introductions & Dinner
    11:30pm Reception Ends
    12:00am After Party at a local bar

    8am - Starbucks run :)
    9am - Bride hair and make up begins
    930am - Photographer arrives 
    1030am - Leave for venue
    1115am - Get dressed and ready
    1145am - Guests arrive and are seated
    NOON - Ceremony begins
    1230 - Group photos and appitizers begin
    1pm - Lunch
    145pm - Cut cake
    2pm - Our first dance
    245pm - Get changed for the airport
    3pm - Leave for airport to fly to Tampa for our honeymoon cruise the next day :)

    Short and sweet wedding day.  Cannot wait!!  Only 16 days to go!!

    Ok here is my makeshift timeline:

    9:00am- wakeup because first hairstyle will have to begin
    9:00am-2:00pm- 7 girls get their hair/makeup done...I drink mimosas and talk to them (and probably text the hubby...I have butterflies already)
    2:00pm-3:00pm- Me, me me :)
    3:30pm-4:15pm- pics of my family (FI and his will be there from 3:00-3:30)
    4:15-4:30- head to wedding pavilion, try not to pee on myself from excitement
    5:00pm-I walk down the aisle.....O.M.G!!!!
    5:45-6:15- PICTURES!! (I have a feeling this will be exhausting
    6:30-7:00pm-relax a bit, wait for cocktail hour to end.
    7:00pm-We're announced and reception festivities begin wooo hooooooo
