I've posted a lot today!  haha

I just got back from getting vaccines for our honeymoon!  Both arms hurt!  lol, I guess there won't be any arm workouts tonight!

    Thailand.  I had to get Hep A, Tdap and I have to take the typoid fever pills for the next week.  Hopefully I will get bloodwork to make sure my Hep B is up to date too.  It's all worth it though.

    We're going to Key West.... our only shots will involve alcohol :)

    Thailand!  How exciting!  I got my tetanus plus t-dap vaccine in August just because I was due and my arm hurt for a good week.  It actually became so stiff that I could hardly move it the first 3 days.  Don't be surprised if it hurts for awhile but it will get better!
