Catering APC vs. AC

So I have narrowed my catering choices down to 2: Absolutely Perfect Catering and Atlantic Catering.  Can I hear some feedback?  I need to make my decision by the end of the month.

    Have you attended AC's bridal showcase? I went to one last month and it helped me to decide to go with them!! My wedding is in August so I won't have "official" feedback until then, but I'd suggest going to tastings for both and that may help! (Hope this was, in some way, helpful!)
