Bella Elegante

So, FI and I just got back from touring Bella Elegante. I'm curious if any of you have visited/hosted/attended a reception there and what your honest thoughts were. How was the food? How was the decor? Do you have any pictures?

It's a great price, but I'm not 100% sold on it like FI may be.

This is part of my recap from last year:

Sat down to eat. My mom comes and tells me they aren’t bringing the guests tea. There’s only water on the tables. I'm at the table crying! Later the venue lady says that Babe told her to only have water then the guests can REQUEST tea. WTH?! So, he tells her he wants his guests happy and if they want tea, they better get some tea out there. Venue lady ends up crying, saying she’s never been treated like this, when she just told us the wedding the previous weekend had ppl cussing her out! {HEFFA!} Then she disappears for the longest! We cut the cake and she was nowhere to be found, so Babe had to go find us a plate for the cake.

That's just part of it. I really don't feel like typing anything more about it because I get angry when I think about it. But she was flexible with payments. The set up was pretty. And... that's about it. lol. But if you have your own wedding coordinator, it might work out for you.

</div><div>@Both of you: There's another venue downtown on Austin at Bell called the Column-A. Ms. Vera is GREAT! She worked at Brady's Landing for I think like 20 years. She opened her own place in 2010.</div>

I was supposed to go there this Thursday I guess I better cancel! Signature Manor is a Beautiul place! But the price went farther up than our budget. Katherine there is great they do all they can for you..
