Rustic/Barn Reception Venue on a Budget???

I'm looking for a rustic setting in Northern VA for my wedding reception, but I also want to keep an eye on my budget. I would love to have my reception in a barn and keep it very simple but I'm open to any suggestions!!! Please help!

    How far from DC are you looking to go?  You may want to try one of the places that does pumpkin patches and corn mazes in the fall.  Let me know what you find out.

    One of my friends had a great rustic wedding at Cacapon state park in WV....maybe look into that?

    Try Prince William Forest PArk; they have a set of historic cabins, one of which is a hall that holds over 100 people.  if you google "prince william forest park wedding" you will get a first hand look of someone elses wedding at the park.

    We are using Lydia Mountain Lodge and Log Cabins pavilion in Stanardsville, its about 2 1/2 hours outside DC I would guess.
