2 mini successes.
1) Yesterday I spent 14 hours on an airplane so my food choices were not the greatest but I managed to drink tons of water and avoid all the unhealthy options on the dinner tray. I checked into the Doubletree and my favorite thing about Doubletree is the fresh cookies they give you. A took 1 tiny bite then threw the rest in the garbage.
2) I went shopping at a couple of my favorite stores in London and was thrilled when I had to go down a dress size! Does exercising my wallet count as my exercise for the day
