What is up for discussing Water for Elephants?

Has everyone started Hunger Games?

What is up with Goodreads..... I tried to go on there and the site isnt working....

There was a thread for "Water for Elephants" started on our Goodreads group. It has kinda trickled off. If you want to post some of the questions from the back of your book, you are more then welcome too.

I was able to just open it no problem.

Like Ash said there was a discussion started but it fizzled pretty quickly so I'd be open to other ways of keeping it going. I think it might take us some time to get into a rhythm with the discussions and stuff.

I can't wait to talk about Hunger Games with you guys!

I read the all 3 books in the HG series a while ago. I am so excited for the movie. I already told FI to reserve our seats as soon as we can.

It is the Griffith Observatory. FI proposed there. I would love to be married there but as now they don't do private events.

I read the first hunger games book back in '08. . . AMAZING!! I got a nook last year and bought the other two. . .I've already reread them at least twice. LOVE these books!! I wish there were more like them!
I cannot WAIT for the movie to come out, I plan on seeing it on opening night, even if FI is working (he hasn't read the books, but would be SO into them, he got me into the sword of truth series and loves scifi/fantasy too!) I'll just take my girls and make a ladies night out of it

Sleblanc, we have movies theaters here that you can pick your seats ahead of time so there is no waiting in line or anything like that. As soon as they go on sale on their site I want tickets.

Wow you are all reading great books. I read Water for Elephants a few months ago and LOVED it and the movie.
I'm almost finished with the 2nd book in the Hunger Games series and can't wait to read the 3rd! Can't wait for the movie to come out!

This is for you and anyone else who loves these books.. I have some suggestions.

The Maze Runner is AMAZING.. it's a great trilogy and very similar to Hunger Games.

Also, I just started reading a book called Divergent. I think it's a trilogy and I am super hooked! Very similar genre, but definitely its own unique story.

I read all the HG books about a year ago and love them! Definitely doing a reread in march before the movie comes out. What is good Reads? How do I participate??
