  If you're short on time and have a decent printer at home, I say DIY it...buy some cardstock to match your colors and trim them...you can probably get 6 decent sized squares or rectangles on an 8.5x11.
  
  Did you try Jo-Ann? I saw some simple ones in the Warwicck store this weekend...but not sure if they are different than Michael's/AC Moore selection.
