Anyway, are you taking any pictures before your ceremony, if you are- how much time are you allowing for them?

We decided to do all pictures before hand. Currently working with photographer to set up a time. Obviously some will have to be taken after like with our bands and stuff but for the most part we're doing first look.

I think maybe about 3 and ceremony at 6. That way we'll have time and then the girls will have time to go back and touch up everything.

Most will be taken before. Our ceremony is at 2, so pictures will probably start around 12 or 12:30. A few shots will be done after - ie: rings, etc. Also, my family pic will be after, because my nephew is in a wedding the day before 5 hours away and won't get here unitl about the time the ceremony is starting.

I want to take pictures with my BM's before the ceremony for maybe 15-20 mins but the majority of pictures will be taken after the ceremony.

We're doing our separate pictures beforehand. I think I'm getting to the venue at 2:30* and doing about a half hour of pictures with the BMs and my parents. The guys are supposed to get there around 3 and doing the same. Our ceremony starts at 4, so that gives us a half hour to get out of the way and relax (separately) and let guests inside.

*We still have to clear the times with our pastor, but as of now, this is the plan.

It's at a turn of the 1900s art campus that's been restored and there are some awesome outside areas, so we'll probably take some outside and some inside before. Then afterwards we can just do a few quick family shots together inside and head down to the Buffalo waterfront (about 2 blocks from our reception venue) with the bridal party for a few more shots before the reception.

We're taking most of our pictures before the ceremony including a first look, so we're giving ourselves 2 hours.

We are doing the first look so the majority will be before. I'm hoping we will have about 2-2 1/2 hours for them. After the ceremony will just be the "Omg we're married!" shots- as my photographer calls them.

I am taking MOST of our pictures beforehand, including first look. Because my wedding is at 11:30 and we have to be out of the reception by 3pm, I think it would be too tight to try and fit in photos after the wedding. So we are going to take as many beforehand as we can. I think my photographer plans on getting to the venue at 9am. I am going to aim to be photo-ready by 9:30 and plan 1 hour for photos. Then she can do detail shots before the wedding actually begins.

We are doing a first look and then the bridal party before hand, however we can't count on FI family to show up on time so we are doing the large family photos after the ceremony.

Taking most pictures before...first look bridal party parents siblings etc. we will probably take some pics afterwards as well but I am allowing 2 1/2hours. We will start taking pics at 4 and ceremony starts at 6:30

We will be doing the normal getting ready photos then our first look photos and after those are done we will do the bridal party photos if everyone is there on time we will go ahead and get the family photos done too. Maybe 2 hours? Not sure just yet.

We are actually doing all of our pictures together during cocktail hour... I want the first time we see each other to be when I walk down the aisle.

Yes! Our ceremony is at 1:30, so we'll probably start pictures around noon- 12:15. Then taking some after as well.

Assuming that we are moving forward with the wedding

, we are not doing getting ready photos or a first look, but we are taking our WP and going to the beach and a state park to take our formal pics. I'm alotting two hours for this since I feel these are the pictures I will use the most after the wedding. Then we'll go back to the venue and we'll have about 45 minutes to take more pictures outside of the venue on the harbor with our parents. After that, I'm done taking formal pictures for the rest of the day.

I will take pictues alone and with bridesmaids and FI will do the same. After ceremony it will be the both of us during cocktail hour and immediate family.
