Historic London Town Prices?

Can someone tell me the rental fees (either for 2011 or 2012) for Historic London Town and Gardens in Edgewater, MD?  I fell in love with the venue today, but it's Sunday, and I won't be able to call for pricing until tomorrow and I just....can't.....wait!!!  Thanks for your help!! :)

    My brother was married last June there and it was absolutel beautiful I remember them saying that they spent close to 5,000 dollars for it(and that included nothing) but they got 1,000 back if the place was cleaned up properly by the time of the contracted end date.

    It was $5000 for 2011. That was way too rich for us. But OMG it is gorgeous!

    It is expensive since nothing is included, but since it is BYOB that makes it ALOT cheaper.... and some of the caterers on the list are not super expensive... so in the end the cost end up being similar to other venues when everything is considered...
