I would look into the Chapel at the Seminary in Gettysburg. There is probably a fee, and I am not 100% what their (I don't know what it is). It also might be a little large...But it is on Seminary Ridge. You can go to their website to find contact people.
There also used to be a little Chapel outdoors downtown, but it burnt down in a fire last year and I am not positive if they rebuilt it. I have also heard of small weddings being done in a coffee shop called The Ragged Edge. They have an upper room, but it doesn't have the churchy/chapel feel.

    Hope that helps!

They did not rebuild the log civil war chapel downtown, the ragged edge also burnt but they did remodel it again I don't know about ceremonies there.  The only plan on the battlefield that they allow ceremonies, as far as I've heard, is the outdoor amphitheater and it's very rustic looking.  Like the PP said try the seminary or even the chapel at the Gettysburg College.

There is a gorgeous chapel downtown on Middle street i believe, I can for the life of me remember the name of it. My brother and his wife got married there a few years back. But something downtown might be very nice as well! Be careful with the seminary, since it's history and was once in a film, they will most likely charge out of the wazoo!

Try Christ Chapel on Gettysburg College's campus.  I'm not religious but am an alumni of the college and some of our graduation services were held there. Very pretty.  Here's the contact info: (717) 337-6280  Hours are M-F 9:00-4:30
