JP Rejection! HELP

This is literally breaking my heart! :(

We've met with 2 JPs, the first being a lady who is really passionate about what she does and was really in to the whole thing, but when it came down to it, she never discussed the ceremony with us when we met with her, just chatted about all her previous couples and showed us pictures and whatnot.  The 2nd one like hashed the whole thing out for us right then and there and we really liked that approach.

I wrote the e-mails last night accepting and rejecting the JPs.  HARDEST THING EVER!  And the lady JP being as passionate as she is admits she is disappointed and knows what a personal decision it is, but would like feedback on our decision to improve upon herself.

I literally feel like I'm breaking up with someone!  Can anyone help me verbalize this without being totally harsh?  (FI is totally not the person to go to on this, he's all about being firm and not afraid to hurt feelings lol)

PS.  I knew this would be the hardest part, I'm so bad with letting people down lol

    Well if it was a matter of her not really giving you the guidance you wanted (and more just showing what other couples did) - you could just tell her that. "I certainly appreciate your passion for helping couples marry, but Fi and I really didn't know where to begin so we were hoping you'd offer more structure and guidance for formulating our ceremony."

    Or...you could just keep it short and sweet and you could say, "It's nothing personal but we felt we meshed better with the other person we met with. Thank you so much for the time you took to meet with us, though."  I'd probably go with option B here...
