Venues that allow Outside Caterers and BYOB

Hello Ladies.....I need to find a venue that allows an outside caterer and bring your own alcohol.  I live in Conyers, but am willing to look at sites across Atlanta and the burbs.

The Reason....I am from Jamaica and most of our guests are Jamaican so I was hoping to use a caterer that was not only able to cater to my fiance's American family, but also to my Jamaican side.  I am hoping to get May 27, 2012.  I checked out Villa Serena, and didn't like the entire outdoor thing.  I am planning to visit the Wimbish house, they don't have the 27th, but they do have the 26th so I may have to end up changing my date.  The Old Courthouse on the Square is aslo booked that weekend, and the Greystone @Piedmont is not doing any events that weekend because of the jazz festival.

I want to have my reception inside with about 150 guests, and hope to have the ceremony at the same venue.

Help me ladies.

I really loved KTN ballroom in Duluth and they allow this.  I had a corporate event there once and it was great!

Look into any county or city-owned building or property.  I don't know anything about the Conyers area, but, for example, in Powder Springs there is the Ford Center in downtown that allows outside catering, BYOB, and is very inexpensively-priced.

There's also The Roswell River Landing... that's where I'm getting married.

Great outdoor area for ceremony with the river in the background... then a nice area inside for the amount of guests you want. You should really check it out!

They provide you with tables.... and that's it. lol. Bring your caterer and BYOB.  :)

Depending on your budget, check out the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. Beautiful place, and you can bring in your own caterer. I think they have a "prefered" vendor list that you have to choose from, but I am not 100% sure.

Tucker Plantation does.  It is just outside of Athens (not too terribly far from Conyers).  We are using them for our wedding.  It is a beautiful setting!  Conley is the Manager out there, tell her Jennifer sent you.  She is great to work with.  They actually allow all outside vendors, that is one of the reasons we chose them.  www.tuckerplantation.com

<div>What are their rental fees? If you don't mind me asking before I consider sending an email to them. Thanks.</div>

I'm pretty sure that The Veranda in Senoia does...I know they allow outside catering and would think that they would allow BYOB too.  I was told it is only $2,000 to rent the space if you have the food brought in...much less expensive then the other places I've checked.
    Good luck!

You could try Callanwolde Arts Center (the venue I used) which allow both outside catering and BYOB.
