Myrtle Beach Wedding

My finace loves golf and I am a beach girl so we thought Myrtle Beach would be a great place for a destination wedding. Any opinions on the Grande Dunes property or have any recommendations for something similar? Thanks!

Grand Dunes is BEAUTIFUL but expensive, so if $ is a problem...it's gorgeous!  There are several beautiful resorts in Myrtle Beach.  A friend of mine got married at Springmaid Beach Resort last June.  The wedding was outside and the reception was inside the banquet room.  Just depends on what you want.

I am having my July wedding reception at Springmaid!  The cost is pretty reasonable and I love that there ballrooms are right on the beach and have a balcony.

I am planning my wedding through Myrtle Beach Weddings, Etc. http://myrtlebeachweddingsetc.

Cynthia has a condominium building she has recommended; it is right on the beach and we will have the ceremony right there.  It's reasonable but beautiful. We went down there to check it out and loved it. Can't wait for the beach!
