Live bands (Not reminiscent of the Wedding Singer)?

Hi all,

I wanted to know if any of you have recommendations for live bands in the Central PA area.  I have been on the gigmaster's website and looked up bands within a few hundred mile radius of Gettysburg (where the wedding will be) but sometimes it's hard to get a full impression of a band from just a few short song clips. 

If any of you have heard a fabulous band (at a wedding, a party, a bar, wherever) please pass the name on because I'd love to hear about them!

    We (and everyone else who was at our wedding, including the owner of our venue and our wedding coordinator) loved our band, The Source.  We booked them through Elan Artists (www.elanartists.com).  Everyone was on their feet and dancing from the beginning until the end of our wedding.  Our wedding reception was held in Lancaster, PA.

    As an aside, we also booked our string quartet for our ceremony through Elan Artists.  They were also excellent.

    We just booked Cruise Control, they are full of energy and sound GREAT!  They play at a few local spots around Harrisburg, with either their full band or just 2 or 3 of them (Stocks, Rock Bass, Flinchys), so you can check them out.  www.cruisecontrolband.com
