Hair Extensions

Right now my hair is a medium length, but I would like it to be about 6 inches longer for my wedding day.  Epics are in 2 months (eeeks!) so I was thinking about maybe getting extensions, but I can't decide between spending about $100 at Sally's for clip-in extensions or if I should suck it up and fork out the $300 for actual extensions done by a salon. 

Has anyone either gotten clip-ins or the salon ones and did you like them?? Or do you recommend a salon in the area that does them?

    My MOH has clip-ins from Sallys and loves them. They look very natural, I don't even notice when she has them in (well except for the longer part lol).

    where are you getting them done for 300? I called around and could only find prices near 800.

    I have seen the Jessica Simpson brand of extensions used and they looked great. My friend used them for her wedding and you could not tell except that her hair was longer and thicker than normal. She still wears them often.
