  Yes they can save you money! They are also great because they can 'go to bat' for you if something goes wrong delayed flights, problems at check in, etc. It might be worth your time to check out more than one... You might get the feeling that some agents get kickbacks and seem to push for their own agenda before considering your wants and needs.

  I think many travel agents can give you real opinions if many resorts since they've been to lots of them! Our travel agent was WONDERFUL and there wasn't a fee to use her. She specializes in Sandals. If you'd like her info I'd be happy to pass it along

  Honestly, I've never actually booked anything through a travel agent even though I've tried them.  I can usually find better deals online that they can't beat so I go with that.

  The agents TOTALLY beat any deals out there! I have tried to book numerous trips myself and the agent always comes back better in price or same price with more upgrades.
  I have used the same agent fro 3 international trips and have loved every one. You give her your budget and she finds the best for you and takes care of everything. Message me if you'd like her information! She booked our honeymoon to the Dominican Republic at a STEAL!!
