I was wondering if anyone had looked at the Owenego? I wanted to know if it was right on the water and if there was a spot on the beach to get married. I cant really tell from the pictures! Thanks!


Also I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a minium about of people for the watersedge?

    I looked at both venues. We got to Owenego and didn't even get out of the car. Beautiful waters view (it seemed) but it just wasnt the type of venue I had in mind for my wedding. I am currently booked for the Waters Edge. There are 3 different rooms you can book amd each has a different minimum, as well as the time of day and day of week you book. I am fairly certain this information is available on their website. If not let me know amd I will go thru my files to see if I can find it. Best of luck.

    We're getting married at the Owenego.  It is absolutly right on the water and has great views.  The ceremonies as far as I know, take place on the lawn, overlooking the water.  I think it and Waters edge are very different.  Just so you know, the Owenego does have a minimum- 100 ppl. as well.
