    Hi,
    I had actually just posted something about this a few days ago. Call the county clerk for the county in which you are getting married and they should be able to answer any question you have. We got my friend ordained online. It was free, all you have to pay for later is for some sort of credential whether it's a certificate or a letter of good standing.
