What are ya'll getting/or got for your FI as a wedding gift? I want to get him something little but like meaningful or personalized or something. Any ideas?

    I agree with Pretty Parula!!!

    However, my one friend went to a paint your own pottery shop and painted a special cereal bowl for her husband. Three years later he still loves it. He uses it to put his wallet and spare change in though. HTH

    My H is OBSESSED with Batman so I got him a nice flask with the batman symbol engaged on the front of it and wrote a nice thoughful card.  Sucks that he lost the flask the night of our wedding though LOL.  So I got him another one for our 1 yr. haha

    I had planned on getting him a really nice watch but his broke ended up breaking last fall so I went ahead and bought him one for Christmas.  My current plan is a nice set of cuff links (he doesn't have any) with his initials engraved.

    I thought about b-pics for his birthday is which about a month before the wedding :)

    Im thinking maybe of getting him a nice watch and engraving in there something about "a new time" bla bla bla. He's been looking at watches so i think this is the perfect opportunity. I'm thinking about bpics too...but his bday is 13 days after the wedding, so maybe i can give it to him then, along with his PS3 or music equipment!

    We're obsessed w/ the Florida Gators and Percy Harvin is his favorite player so I bought him a Percy autographed football from Palm Beach Autographs! He's gonna be soo stoked!  But you said little and personalized, which my gift is neither of those so I'm not much help haha

    I got DH a pocke twatch engraved with his monogram on the front and I Love You in German on the back. He still had this old, tarnished Walmart Blue Light Special choo-choo train pocketwatch that his granny had gotten him when he was little so i figured it was time for an adult upgrade :) He loves it and wears it whenever he dresses up.

    I did give DH a small book of the b-pics I'd had done, but we didn't give each other gifts other than that. I told him I was his present. ;) We figured we'd spent enough money already, and we'd get some great things to bring back from the HM, so wedding-day gifts weren't a priority for us.

    Alyssa- I agree about not spending money thats why I want to get something small. FI mentioned something about finding a wedding present for me and I told him he shouldn't get me one but I know he will! haha I was searching online and found this clock for his office and am getting his initials on it. It was real cheap too!

    Our first Valentines Day I made him a photo album with cute pics of us. The second Valentines Day I put the b-pics in it. Now we are getting married on Valentines Day and I am out of pics. LOl. So I am getting him the clock pic frame with a wedding pic that says "til the end of time" because that is our song. He had a D.J. play it for me the first time he told me that he loved me. Awww. My favorite memory.
