Flower Reccomendations

Hi Ladies. We are coming somewhat close to the home stretch of planning our wedding and now we need to think about flowers. I don't want to spend a ton of money on them, but I also don't know who to go to. We have a little less than 6 months left, I hope this is enough time. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    Jen--I know that we are plannig in the same neighborhood so I would HIGHLY recommend Novak's over on Dunham road near Turney.  That is who I am going through.  I met with Lynn.  I told her my budget and she was very willing to work within it.  They are very reasonable.  My family has been doing business with them for years and have always been very pleased.

    Don't worry, you have time. Have you checked out your local Giant Eagle yet? Their floral depts do weddings, though they may not deliver. Some do, some don't.

    I was using Blooms by Plantscape and I had a great experience, however due to a major budget change we are now using "fake" flowers and a decor company. You may want to check her website out her name is Dee Jackson with Ufloralrents.com she has some great stuff and amazing prices !

    try rosesforweddings.com - her prices are listed on the website and she has tons of pictures of weddings she has done. good luck!

    NO!!! I work for Giant Eagle and I have been employeed as a floral manager with the most experience for over 17 years and just recently Giant Eagle set down new rules (as of September 1st, 2009). Giant Eagle does not allow ANY of their floral shops to do any kind of weddings, corsages or boutioneere's what so ever. Subject to termination if we are caught doing so. Please don't waste your valuable time!

    I second Roses for weddings, that's who we're using and she has been wonderful so far!
