  No! I would definitely get it now if you found something you like!! I started working on bags for them this weekend that I am DIYing. You will be very happy you checked this off the list now instead of having to worry about it a few months from now when you'll be worrying about getting other things done!

  My belief is you should shop for BM gifts like you're shopping for your friend's birthdays.  Wedding related items are for YOUR wedding, and are less likely to be used after the actual wedding itself.  These items include: jewelry, shoes, accessories, etc. that are tied to your wedding.  IF you are set on these initial bags, buy them.  I don't think timing necessarily matters, I have things put away for Christmas next year already.  But inside these bags you should really think about personalized items that represent each of your friends as individuals.  And by personalized, I don't mean something engraved.

  I  think you can never go wrong doing anything early. It takes a load off your shoulders to get it done early. If it will save you money then go for it.

  I just used a groupon to get my bridesmaid gifts!  I'm thrilled, I don't think it's too early at all.

  I am shopping for my bridesmaids already. These bags, they are just personalized bags with their initials on them? If so that's totally something I'd pick up. I would think twice before anything with anything wedidng related on them ifyou want them to use the bags again.

  Yes!! GET THEM!!! lol I passed a chance to get the PERFECT makeup bags when they were on sale at Betsey Johnson and now that they're not on sale anymore, they're out of my budget!

  Thanks! These are tote bags that they could carry anywhere. They are not wedding colors and look nothing like a wedding bag. Each one will have their initials on them. For 9.99 they are a steal! I am getting them!!

  I've already started shopping. I pick up things when I see them. Or make a note for later.
  
  I just have to keep track of what I've gotten for whom. Otherwise I could potentially go way overboard.
