Apple PIe Shake
1 cup milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
1/2 cup plain yogurt (I used a full Chobani because I didn't want to waste it)
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce (we only had sweetened so I threw that in; next time I'll use unsweetened)
pinch of cinnamon (I love cinnamon so I put a boatload in)
pinch of nutmeg (didn't have)
1 serving vanilla protein powder
SO delicious.
