    I start today!!!! I want to start eating healthy and living a healthier life style. Since it was raining this am I stayed @ home...skipped the gym (feeling a bit guilty)  so if it continues to rain I'm sure my personal trainer will want to reschedule our PM appt so either I will go to the gym with DH or we will stay @ home doing the wii fit.

    I'm hoping to loose 50lbs!!!!!! 

    I hope I can do it!

    I'm sure you can do it!

    My friend and I have decided that we'd like to run in a 5K this spring and a 10K by the fall.  I haven't started running yet (still on vaca!) but I get back Wednesday so I will be starting this weekend.

    Quemiras- if you'd like to run with me I'm going to start running around the neighborhood.  Let me know.

    I start today. I want to loose 20-30 lbs before my wedding Nov. Wish me luck!

    I would LOVE to start hitting the gym on a more consistent basis, but am a little to afraid that I won't keep it up to make it an actual resolution, haha!!

    I just want to relax more, I'm pretty high strung. And I want to not stress about planning my wedding and learn to just let things be. Oh, and I want to learn more things to cook, especially since I just moved in with FI and I don't have my parents to cook for me anymore!!

    Mine is to learn how to say "no" when it comes to work... I have a habit of overextending myself...

    jagore, I was thinking the other day that my mom & I should sign up for a half marathon.  It's on her list of things to do!  Good luck with your goal!

    I think it's kinda funny to see how many people go to the gym the first few weeks in January.  Then it finally trickles down again...

    I was planning on starting to run after work again. But I haven't started. It's been raining so I think I'm going to wait till the weather clears up, which I think will be tomorrow. So lets see if I get up off my lazy butt and actually do it.

    My new year's resolution is to exercise more!!  I never exercise.  So, now I'm planning to exercise every other day for 20 mins no matter how busy I am!! I really hope that I can stick to it....
