Where do we go to get our passports?  We live on the northside of indy if that helps.  What info do we need to bring with us?  How much does this cost? TIA

    You can get pictures taken at AAA, CVS, Walgreens, etc.  You'll need to bring those with you and you can get the application at any post office.  They'll send it out from there, so you'll fill it out there and then pay there.  You can pay with anything your post office accepts.  And I don't think you need anything specific, just your SSN.

    There is probably a passport center in Chicago.

    But I've just done mine through the post office.
