I just made Skinnytaste's Chicken Pesto Bake and it was DELICIOUS! I was out of garlic, didn't have enough mozz, and accidentally bought tenderloins instead of breasts and it was still amazing easy too!. This one's getting put into rotation!

    I made it the day she posted that recipe and it is really good! I used Buitoni's reduced fat pesto and I diced tomatoes instead of having slices. I had pasta with it with a little bit of pesto and cream on it. Mmm I want it again now!
