Ash- Happy 2 months!!!

I'm thankful that we've been able to get so much done while my parents have been here. Not so thrilled that they leave tomorrow, but they'll be back for a week and a half in November after Ezra is born.

That my husband put me to bed at 5:30 PM and let me sleep until 4:30 this morning and didn't even side eye me a little bit. I love that guy.

More seriously: Baby B. I've been feeling really setimental lately. The morning sickness sucks really bad, but I feel so blessed to be pregnant.

I am very thankful for my job recently. I changed jobs back in Jan, leaving behind a place where I was miserable. Everyone was. The atmosphere was horrible, it was catty and all about how you could tear each other down. Here everyone is SO nice and supportive. The ladies here have even started referring to me as the 'bride to be' and asking about the wedding and how excited I am about it. TOTAL night and day change!

That my brother and sister in law are having a baby as we speak!!! She had a scheduled c-section today at 9, and we don't know the sex or name, so I can't wait to find out

I am thankful for Shark Week. For those of you who don't know, it's a whole week - this week - in August when the Discovery Channel airs a lot of shows about sharks. I really needed this. This weekend was one of those "everything that could go wrong did go wrong" times. Actually, we saw a really small shark - about 14 inches - this weekend. I wanted to touch Mr. Sharky, but DH didn't like that idea. I think Mr. Sharky is a baby Atlantic sharpnose.

I'm thankful for DH. He had a long day at work yesterday, and we had agreed to babysit for our friends (kids 5, 2, and 3 months). He got there a little before bedtime, and volunteered to rock the upset baby while I got the older two in bed. The sight of him in the rocking chair singing to a baby just melted my heart. He informed me later he sang her a lullaby about her daddy buying her a mustang and a corvette. She liked it, but didn't like the lamborgini (sp?) verse quite as much

I'm thankful for my boss. Seriously, he is so supportive of me. I almost feel guilty sometimes that my job is so awesome, while DH's sucks so much right now.

My shoes came... They are too big... I almost had a meltdown.. but i called and they found me the smaller size... And i went with the Jimmys.. and they are perfect...

my mom likes them but prefers the white/dyed blue one from the salon but honestly i['d never wear them again and that i wont do ..

I'm thankful that my aunt came to help me get my classroom ready today. She did a lot of stuff I don't normally do because of time. So that was great!
