Sand ceremonies

Hey y'all!

Trying to find a good but inexpensave sand ceremony kit....any ideas or even on how to diy? I'm finding a lot of the kits are between 45$ and up....crazy.... ideas and suggestions please!!

    When in doubt go to Etsy...I saw a few in there for under $30. Not sure if sand is included.

    Im doing the same thing in my wedding. Go to your local dollar store or craft store, they have lots of glassware and different size vases. They also sell bags of sand you can color with colored chalk. If you live near the beach, make a trip and grab some sand! Im planning second wedding on a tight budget and it works just as well! You dont have to spend a fortune on sand ceremony! Hope this helps.

    We went to Hobby Lobby, a craft store.  We picked out 2 plain vases and a tall fancy vase. They have lots of sand in many colors, too! It's inexpensive and each of you picking out your own vase and colored sand and then a larger vase together makes it fun and personal.

    Can you tell me about the sand ceremony? When in the ceremony is it done? After the reguar reading of the vows? or In place of? Can you do sand and the unity candle thing both??
