DJ under $700

My reception time is 6 1/2 hours long and I am looking for a great dj at a reasonable price. My budget is allowing for a max of $700. Any ideas or recommendations?

    I would HIGHLY reccommend the DJ I went with for my wedding.  I'm not sure where you're having your wedding, so the price my vary depending on where your venue is, but he is definitely well within your budget!  His name is Nate Fiss and he's been doing this for several years.  You can tell he's experienced by the way he works!  He has his own business and it's called Moon Boogie.  He's professional, reliable, and plays a great mix of music!  He takes requests and does the DO / DON'T play lists if you're picky about your music.  He was our MC for the night and made sure it all ran smoothly.  He came and talked to us everytime he was about to do something (such as toasts, special dances, bouquet/garter tosses, etc.) to make sure we were are prepared and available.  He made it a fabulous night for everyone!

    Check Local Radio stations. Ours is from the station in the next town and is only $375 for 6 hours.
