So I was feeling a bit sluggish lately and needed a little push, so today I signed myself up for a 10-K on April 22nd. Hmm. I am reasonably fit - go to the gym several times a week - spinning class and strength training - but I am not a big runner. Guess I'll have to get moving if I'm going to make it!
Just thought I'd share - are any of you doing something similar?
