This board has been too quiet! I know there's more QC brides out there. Let's share some details.

Colors: Ivory, brown & olive green w/ other fall colors

What do you have planned/booked so far:
ceremony & reception venue
DIY centerpieces (Curly willow branches in a tall square vase, smaller square vases surrounding with floating candles)

photog
tuxes ordered
bridesmaid dresses ordeered
invitations ordered
working on honeymoon possibly to Riviera Maya or Cozumel

    I still need to do the cake as well.  I'm setting up appts with printers if i dont find an invite I like from Ducky's.    My FMIL and I are working on table decorations.  Programs will be designed after I have the invites so I can match them.  Tons more as well I think but who knows.

    Theme: Wine/Vineyard/Grapes
    Honeymoon: Napa Valley/Sonoma California (Wine Country, hence the theme)
    Dress (wether you have it or want to have it): Allure from Celebrations in Ivory which it is closer to Candlelight - on order!!
    What do you have planned/booked so far:
    Ceremony Site & Reception Site - RI Holiday Inn
    DJ - Undetermined
    Flowers - DIY project - using Hobby Lobby real touch cream roses, cream & purple ranuculus, burgundy berries. using Michael's cream & purple/green hydrangea, green snowball, purple lisianthus, burgundy peonies, variegated ivy, and a multitude of grape clusters, apples, and pears. 20" tall champagne shaped vases with bowl on top with flowers. Also low vases filled with roses and ranuculus and grape clusters scattered. Cake Stand with flowers decorated in between set at the guest book table (so excited about this!) All cream colored bridal bouquet and darker purple BM bouquets.
    Invitations - Another DIY project - Designed my own pocket with dark cardstock and ivory inserts along with matching ribbon to cardstock, will also be designing my own programs, menus, and place cards!!
    STDs  - Want to send ones with our picture, not done yet.
    Caterer - RI Holiday Inn
    Officiant - Undetermined
    Photographer- narrowing down decision
    Cake - Sara Lynn's Cakes in Bettendorf, IA, flavors will be Amaretto Poppy Seed, Carmel Apple, White - 15" petal, 10" square, and 8" square with quilting, pearls, and sota lace, wine glasses between two top layers. Groom's cake will be Bourbon and Rum - 15" hexagon and 8" square with JD, sports, and car logos. Dare to be different and have fun with your cake choices. Sara & Liz are great to work with and will get you what you need in your budget!!
    BM dresses (3) - Horizon blue, style undetermined but will be long
    Flowergirl dresses (2) - Candlelight, simple with lattice ribbon design at bottom, purchased at Burlington Coat factory for under $35 each!!
    Tuxes - Men's Warehouse
    Hair & Make-up - Undeterimined
    Engagement Party - unknown
    Registry - JCPenney's, Sears, and Wal-Mart (Is that too many??)

    I researched alot about having others take care of the flowers and the invitations but I am saving alot to do them on my own!! Hope that some of you others can do some of your own DIY projects to help save on the cost!!  Do our research!!
