Best phone call!!!!

I'm singing right now!  I got a call from the bridal salon and my dress is in!!!!  The only apts they had this weekend while I'm in IA are during the showers so I made them squeeze me in before my shower then we will be speeding back home for the shower.  Ecstatic!

    Yay!  thanks girls!  I knew it would work out too, even if the dress came in 2 weeks, but this is awesome!  Now I get to try it on with my mom once.  I can make fitting arrangements.  Now to just see if I can carry it on the plane with me or if I should still ship it to CA.  Yay!

    I really don't get how they don't have tracking though.  Literally yesterday they told me next weekend!  They could have saved me a lot of grief!

    Hey!  I'm from Marshalltown area.  I bought from Shaffers in Des Moines though.  I'm bummed they can't do the alterations, but I'm just glad  I actually get to try it on before it gets shipped to me!

    I'm from the Quad Cities, so about 2 hours east of you :) I give you so much credit planning a wedding from California...I'm stressed enough planning one where I live!
