Rooftop ceremony for 10 people in manhattan....any ideas????

Im travelling from Scotland and wish to have an intimate ceremony, preferably on a rooftop garden or terrace in central Manhattan in September 2012. I would also like to have my reception in a busy italian restraunt. If anyone has any suggestions, they would extremly appreciated as its very difficult organising from afar.

Bryant Park Grill has a lovely rootop for ceremonies and you could then have cocktails up there as there's a great bar.

The Eventi Hotel is perfect!! they have several smaller sections, of rooftop areas that are private, modern, elegants and have amazing views of the city. Service is amazing and everyone is very friendly (which can be hard to find in NY) . I've been to a few events there and am always impressed with the ambiance, the staff and overall mood the atmosphere provides. Very nice. http://www.eventihotel.com/

Bryant Park Grill is a beautiful area. I haven't been there for an actual wedding, but dinner was just such a wonderful experience! The service was great and the view of NYC is so pretty! Definitely worth checking into..
