Coconut water - with recipes?

I bought two bottles of coconut water on Sunday. My mom and sisters were going to try it and encouraged me to do it too since it's so good for you. Long story short, I had one bottle yesterday and basically forced myself to drink it. It was nasty.

I have one bottle left but since it was so expensive I hate to throw it out. Is there anything else I can do with it? If I can't find something to make with it I will probably just drink it because I don't want to waste it but frick, it was awful. If I can avoid drinking that shiit again that would be fantastic!

I've never made curry!

Coconut water tastes like part old hot dog water (I think it was Les that called it that) with an aftertaste akin to barf.

In other words: it's gross.

Yep. Tastes like hot dog water. or ass. I use it in my smoothies sometimes - it's ok mixed with the frozen fruit.
