Last night I spent about 5 hours stuffing, stamping and addressing my invites! I'm so relieved it's all done and I have one less thing to do. So now, they just sit in my wedding box until next month when I get to mail them. I'm so impatient I want to mail them now! LOL

    I know exactly how you feel! Doing it ahead is great but it makes me impatient!

    One tip to consider for other ladies who are not yet at this stage or just starting: I saved out the envelopes for a few of my single friends and friends who are in relationships but they are not too serious at this point. I put their name, and if their relationship status changes, I can write in or simply not include the name of their SO/exSO. Better to wait until the week or so of the wedding to address those, so that you don't waste one of your nice envelopes, if you're like me and ordered fancier ones. Of course, if they break up between the time you mailed the invites and your RSVP date, there is nothing you can do about that.

    Good point Erica!  I have a few invitees that are a little iffy for multiple reasons right now.  Good thing I haven't started assembling or addressing invites yet!

    I have mine printed but not stuffed yet. I'm waiting to get stamps until after the 22nd because stamp rates are going up. I can't wait to send them out.

    I'm lucky I have only one iffy guest and it's my SIL's sister, so if she is still with her BF at that time I will let her know he is more than welcome to come. I actually still have him included on my head count  so it's no biggie. I'm also fortunate that my invites were under an ounce.I was able to use 1 regular first class stamp so I bought the wedding roses Forever stamp. now i wait.... impatiently lol

    I had to get 64cent stamps because my invites are larger sized and heavier, but they didn't say anything to me about the postage rates going up for that class? Anyone know?I mean I can get 1cent stamps, NBD, just curious.

    Congrats on the major check. Mine are done and printed off and now all thats left to do is stuff them, stamp them, and I have to finish embossing the last few with our design.
