Photographer/Videographers in Southern ME

Does anyone have rave reviews about any photographers or videographers that service Souther ME?  I've just looked at a few websites so far, but I like the styles of 'Shane''s Wedding Photography' and 'Casey Durgin Photography'.  Has anyone used them?

    I haven't heard of either of those photographers but I do like their styles. I used Portrait New England and was extremely happy with them. They were reasonably priced and both photographers were very easy to work with. My family really liked them too. Also, they recommend an excellent videographer who is popular on the Boston boards: AV Waves.

    We are using Birch Blaze Photography out of NH and they travel all through Maine.  I loooooove their work!  It's a husband and wife team and they are super nice!

    I haven't seen our film yet, but I love their work. They were good about negotiating too. Good luck and hold out for the right person - it's so important!

    I am using Simply Mella, I am really excited, her pictures look awesome. Check out her Facebook page. Her price is also very reasonable. From NH as well but she is traveling to Maine.

    Oh, and for videographer I am using McCormick Media who, in terms of the modern videographer world, is very affordable.  She's in Bangor but her pricing includes travel to anywhere in Maine.

    My photographer was from VT, but our videographer was www,curtisweddings.com, aweome prices.

    Seriously, though, I know both Shane and Casey Durgin, and they are very talented, and I absolutely love Birch Blazes. I am getting married soon, and seriously considered Birch Blazes. We ended up going with Audra Photography, who is now photographing with Stacey Kane, and she is amazing as well.

    I'd say check out www.seguinphoto.com - Nate is great to work with and his photos are amazing!  His prices are the best around by far.  He is located in Lebanon, Maine.  We have some family portraits scheduled with him this fall!  He's on facebook as Seguin Photography.

    I'm beginning to think that you are Seguin Photo or you get a commission from them.  Did you really need to revive a bunch of old threads to continuously promote them?  Vendors aren't allowed on here, and you really sound like one.

    Oh sorry I hadn't been on for a while to respond!  I am just all for budget friendly stuff.  When anywhere hears "wedding" prices are bumped sky high!  I planned my whole wedding (not including rings) for about $2,000.00 by finding deals like this.  I just thought I'd help some people out.  Sorry if it offended you at all.  I see most of the people that are being recommended charge pretty high prices....don't you agree?  I have tons of budget friendly tips for anyone interested though!  I am quite proud of our price finds for our wedding.  ;)
